TNI Officer Selection is a selection process to select prospective soldiers who will attend non-commissioned officer education in the TNI (Indonesian National Army). The selection process for TNI non-commissioned officers includes several stages and tests are conducted to assess the ability and feasibility of prospective soldiers to attend non-commissioned officer education.

The first stage in the selection of TNI non-commissioned officers is the registration and verification of data on prospective soldiers. Prospective soldiers are required to meet the requirements set by the TNI, such as a minimum age of 17 years and a maximum of 22 years, a minimum height of 160 cm for men and 155 cm for women, and so on. After that, prospective soldiers will take an initial test, which is a basic skills test (TKD) which consists of a general knowledge test, an English test, a psychological test, and a physical test.

After passing the initial test, prospective soldiers will proceed to the advanced test stage, namely a physical fitness test, medical test, interview test, and administrative test. Physical fitness tests include running tests, sit up tests, and push up tests. Medical tests include dental health tests, eye tests, hearing tests, and general health tests. Interview tests are conducted to assess the personality and motivation of prospective soldiers, while administrative tests are to ensure that all documents of prospective soldiers are complete and valid.

After all stages of the test are completed, prospective soldiers will be assessed and selected based on their test results and eligibility. Prospective soldiers who pass the TNI non-commissioned officer selection will attend non-commissioned officer education at TNI military educational institutions, such as the Military Academy, Military Technology College, or Non-commissioned Officer School. After completing their non-commissioned officer education, they will become TNI soldiers with the rank of Non-commissioned Officer.
