About CCP - Contact Centre Performan

Reporting app for viewing and evaluating the contact centre performance

Contact Centre Performance is a mobile based application used for monitoring the real-time statistics of a Contact Centre. The application can be integrated with any UC based or CC based contact centre applications to collect the real time feeds.

Currently the application is developed to integrate with Avaya UC (CMS, AES).

The mobile application displays the real time statistics of

1. Agent

2. Queue / VDN

3. Skill / Hunt Group
