The Presidential Election Monitoring (PEM) is a proactive measure to foil election crime violence and prevent Escalation and premeditated multiply violence occurrence in different location across the country.

PEM consist of multiple Monitoring center application and Mobile application . The monitoring Center application Is where distress alert, polling unit feedback and intelligence received and coordinated . While mobile App is use by Election agent, Observers, Corpers and under-covers to report distress, news and intelligence to monitoring center .

PEM capabilities include but not limited to the following

i. Prevent Electoral material hijack on transit by pressing Panic button with or without internet and without talking

ii. Report snatching of ballot box with location and picture .

iii. Report suspicious gathering with location and picture

iv. Report illegal polling unit

v. Enable government control fake and hate speech that may arise from fake new and picture by posting right or genuine news from such location

vi. provide the news from the mobile app as the only genuine news for public clarification and fake news control
