Urdu OCR

Urdu OCR is a text extractor which can extract printed Urdu text (Nastaleeq font) with a high degree of accuracy from images. After the text has been extracted the user can make changes to it.

The user can also see the images of ligatures which have not been correctly identified. A blank space will be provided in place of blurred text as well.

The user can also hear the extracted text using the Text-to-Speech feature that we have provided, the application also provides translation features in international languages like English, as well as regional languages of Pakistan including Punjabi, Sindhi, and Pushto.
