Vertical Addition

This is a game about Vertical Addition. We have two buttons at the start of the game. If we press the one button we create our two 4-digit addends by moving a slider or if we press the other button we make addition with two numbers chosen by using random choice. The student must find every digit of the sum. He chooses the number by using a slider. The game asks in sequence the digits for ones, tens, hundreds and thousands. After every answer the student will see in the top of the screen a visualisation of a standard algorithm of addition with base ten blocks for ones, tens, hundreds and thousands.
