VROOM

With a growing facing ageing population in Singapore, more elderly are having mobility issues, especially if they are on wheel chair and requires medical attention at healthcare facilities often, such as going for dialysis or medical appointments.

Even with personal vehicles and wheelchair accessible public transport system in Singapore, family members are turning to private ambulance operators and wheel chair transportation services as they may not have time be with them. However, many people do not know how or who to book when they are in need of such services. Therefore, we created VROOM

VROOM is a free social app that simply aims to ease the process for user to book a Private Ambulance or Wheel Chair transportation service.

VROOM has the following features which benefit the users:

* A database which stores user information such as addresses, medical history and drug allergies. Users would not have to repeat these information each time they do a booking.

* Users are able to track the location of the ambulance/vehicle using our GPS system. This would be very useful for users that book the transportation services on behalf of someone as they are able to track if the person have reached the location.

* Prices and rating of the listed operators will be shown. Users will be able to know the quality of the operators and how much will they be paying. This will eliminate the fear of being overcharge and bad services as it is more transparent.
