Vy Oanh Que Phan in Ho Chi Minh City to continue learning. After graduating from high school, Oanh prepared to study abroad, he accidentally admitted to the Conservatory should study always. Oanh often played the piano for the church and sang for the local arts while in Phan Thiet.
