How Washee Works:

Step 1: Download the app and create a Washee account. Save your address & select your custom cleaning preferences. Schedule a pickup for now, or later, or simply leave your clothes and we can pick up and drop off right from your doorstep, concierge, or the nearest Locker.

Step 2: Our driver will bring you our color-coded bags, so all you need to do is fill those bags according to the service you need so your clothes are protected in style.

Step 3: Your clothes are returned fresh and folded 24-48 hours later. Meanwhile, you can relax with a cup of joe (or herbal tea, if that’s your thing).

On the app, you can add special instructions on how you want us to package, fold, hang, crease, or starch your items. You can also report stains or write notes for delicate/expensive items. We'll make sure your items are well taken care of and your instructions are followed.
