New Features:
-Added original surface in waterway profile view
-Added previous slope and next slope information while editing a point in Waterway design
-Added slope information when clicking on a marker (LM, BM, etc.) in Survey
Enhancements/Bug Fixes:
-Fixed loss of profile line when flipping the horizontal direction of Terrace/Waterway drainage profile
-Fixed editing a point in the profile view without selecting "EDIT"
-Fixed Design Buffer Distance applied to section lines in Waterway design
