Worrybeads

Worrybeads is less of a game, and more of an awareness exercise for performance anxiety and management miscommunication.

Play the game, get annoyed, read your final report when you're inevitably fired. I hope that people who play the game will learn something that they can use to analyse how they manage people, how people manage them, and the effect that systems and processes have on worker anxiety.

Inspiration for the physical form of the game was taken from the Dr W Edwards Deming's Red Bead Experiment.
