Meshtastic support improved.

Meshtastic messages have option for text-to-speech i.e. 'Spoken' upon receipt. (Language is chosen by opening a help guide.)

Bug fix for crash on startup of Version 662.

This means the App is now always full-screen.

Livetrack24: Buddies to track can now be individually selected for a particular trip from a long pre-stored list.

To help avoid accidental settings changes whilst flying, there is a new option “Prompt before Settings”. With this enabled, settings accessed from the main screens will bring up a prompt before taking you to the settings pages.
