Xpert on way

Scope of XPERTONWAY Services:

User Side:

1.1 XPERTONWAY provides the platform to enable users to find their required services by just selecting main categories i.e. Plumbing, Mason etc and Subcategory i.e. Taps etc.

1.2 xperts assigned anonymously according to availability and their area of work.

1.3 If a service is booked, there will be no cancellation by the user side.

1.4 Cancellation by only at xpert end and only before starting the job.

1.5 Prices of the services are predefined including xpertonway’s commission which summary shown to users.

1.6 Once task is completed user has to pay his payment to the xpert in cash and confirm the payment from his screen.

1.7 Upon completion of task user is required to provide feedback by giving stars to that xpert.

1.8 Tasks/ orders once submitted by user there will be no alteration in this task, however user may book another service of his choice.

Xpert Side:

1.1 xpert may register by providing his Name, Contact No, CNIC No, Profile pictue and experience.

1.2 Xpert may choose the categories of work according to his choice, and after verification by call he/she can login to account and take orders by remaining online.

1.3 Once the service is completed, xperts must pay the xpertonway’s commission by paying to provided bank account/ micro finance bank account number.

1.4 xpert will unable to take more services if his payable limit is reached at Rs. 1500/-.
