The Zen Time App allows you to take breaks from all smart phone activities and become conscious about their duration. The App asks you to put your phone on flight mode. As soon as Flight mode is on, you can return to the Zen App and it starts counting the duration of your break in minutes. The Buddha image above the timer will transform from black to gold within one hour. You can reactive your mobile any time by clicking on the Buddha image. Enjoy your Zen time!
