Zipi Fleet is a lead generating platform designed to bring cargo owners together with fleet owners. Through our innovative customer platform and dedicated sales team, we generate leads directly from cargo owners that require transportation and instantly send that enquiry to the fleet owner based on their type of vehicles they own as well as regions they are willing to service. All these filters are built into our software and allows us to only send through deals that are relevant to the fleet owner.
We have developed the key points that makes up of the transportation industry.
Here's what you get:
1) Quotations
Customer Rates requests are sent to you in-app and by email. This means you can state your price and then submit quickly. Customers instantly response where required.
2) Bookings
This part of the system allows users to choose dates they want you to deliver on. It will also allow you to assign vehicles to trailers to drivers, and these can change on-demand. When changes are made, notifications are sent through the value chain.
3) Electronic Documentation
One of the biggest challenges in the transportation industry is the fact that delayed documents affect payments to all stakeholders, which ultimately disrupts supply chains and frustrates transporters. We have made the system fully electronic, and all relevant logistics documents including, Booking confirmation, Release Notes, Proof of Delivery, Invoices, and statements.
4) Live tracking
With Zipi, you can track the whereabouts of all your drivers who are working on a load in real-time. The key part to this feature is that you and your organization can track actual locations via a mapped service.
All other users will not be able to track the exact locations of your drivers, they will, however, see a progress bar that will show them how far the cargo is with information such as the distance and ETA. These screens will be shared with load and discharge addresses as well, so that all parties are aware that your vehicle's are on the way and prepare their teams accordingly. We provide Multiple vehicle tracking on one screen. This technology provides piece of mind to all parties involved, just by viewing their tracking screen provided by a Zipi Login on. Live tracking is disabled once a load has been fulfilled.
5) Multiple Deliveries
Many fleet owners assign many vehicles per route per customer. Our solution allows you to allocate multiple vehicles to a single booking. These can also be allocated to various bookings as the user decides. Tracking on all active vehicles will be enabled and visible to those that have access to track.
6) Security
The System is built with security in mind. Security pins have proven to be the best when dealing with a fully electronic system. All parties allocated by the customer at load and discharge points, including the driver will form part of a Security Check process at critical points in the chain. these are one-time pins, and only those that need to handle the product will have access to them. After the pin is confirmed, then confirmations are sent to the relevant party to proceed with the next steps, then tracking and electronic documentations are enabled and sent to the relevant parties.
7) Statistics
Get up-to-date statistics on your fleet's performance by accessing stats on your profile. We understand that information is important to scale your business. We provide all statistics related to all work conducted through the Zipi platform that makes reporting much easier.
