Create a floating button to create a new todo item so 1) you can quickly create a new item upon entering a todo, and 2) you don't have to scroll all the way to bottom to create one.

Insert empty todo logic:
a. If first todo is visible, insert at top.
b. If last todo is visible, insert at last.
c. Else, insert at center of screen.

And improve todo notification info density.

🚀 NEW FEATURES
1. Introduced a new setting "Move quick-add to Quick Settings" in the Settings screen. Turn this ON if you want to create your notes from the Quick Settings panel, or just to hide the "Tap to add a new note" notification from the notification bar.
2. Introduced another new setting "Show Notes on Lock Screen". Turn this OFF if you don't want to show your note notifications on lock screen. This won't affect reminder notification.
