"Interview simulation: recruiting without discrimination" is a VR application (compatible with a Cardboard viewer or a VR mask), designed by À Competence Égale which allows you to experience a real scenario of a job interview with a candidate. You will indeed be able to read a job description, consult the CVs of two candidates and then conduct an interview with each candidate by choosing the right questions from those proposed. The objective is to know how to better formulate the questions asked in interviews in order to respect the principles of equal treatment and non-discrimination.
