About Аят аль-Курси

Arabic - Transcription - Meaning Translation - mp3

Ayat al-Kursi (Arabic: آية الكرسي - literal ayat of the Throne) is the 255th ayat of Sura al-Bakar (2, “The Cow”). Ayat is named so because it refers to the word kursi ("throne"), which personifies the power and absolute power of Allah over creations. One of the most famous verses of the Quran

(Arabic text - Transcription - Translation of the meaning of Ayat al-Kursi mp3 - Quran)

The significance and greatness of this verse is devoted to many hadiths. Some of them are reliable, but there are also weak ones (in other words, there are lost or doubtful transmitters in the chain of transmitters).

For example, it is narrated that if a believer says to himself the ayah “al-Kursi” after completing the obligatory prayers before reciting the tasbih dhikr (33 times “SubhanAllah”, “AlhamduliLlyah” and “Allahu Akbar!”), Then nothing will stop him after death to get to heaven.

It is also known that the fourth righteous caliph Ali (s.a.) said: “I do not understand those who, when going to bed, do not read“ Ayat Tron ”. According to him, if a person were aware of the degree of greatness of this verse, he would never neglect to read it, because this fragment of the Noble Quran was sent down to the Final Messenger of God from the Arsh himself.

It is believed that reading “Ayat al-Kursi” helps to overcome the shaitan and rid the dwelling from it. You can learn this dua by repeating the Quran-hafiz in our video, which also contains transcription in Russian letters:

No one has doubts and disagreements about the importance of constantly quoting Ayatul-Kursi. The reason is simple: the names of the Almighty and the highest qualities inherent only to Him are very often mentioned here: Haju (Eternally alive, He who has no beginning or end); Kayyum (Jehovah, Independent of no one and from nothing, not needing anyone or anything); Aliyu (Supreme, Highly Honored); Azymyu (The Greatest).
