- conclude an agreement for the provision of communication services and receive an eSIM.

To receive biometrics services, you must register in the Unified Biometric System. To do this, you need to visit a bank branch once from the list presented on the portal https://bio.rt.ru/citizens/. You will need a passport, SNILS and a confirmed account on State Services. But if there is no verified account, it's okay, a bank employee will help create and confirm it.
