Before using the program:

1. You must have a valid EDS certificate received at the PSC. A certificate from the Tax Office will not work. For IS ESF, only EDS from PSC is used

2. You must be a registered IS ESF participant. Registration only on a computer, using the site esf.gov.kz -before using the program, check that you can log in on your computer using this certificate and passwords

3. You need to rewrite the EDS certificate for authentication to this device. PSC gives 2 certificates, usually you need the one that starts with AUTH_RSA256

* EDS on a sim card, Kaztoken Qazaqstan, Kazakhstan ID - not supported

The operation of the program depends on the operability of the servers of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (MF RK). If the IS ESF server of the Ministry of Finance https://esf.gov.kz:8443/esf-web/ does not work or is overloaded, or freezes, then the program will not be able to enter the IS ESF server.

The program depends neither on the servers of the State Revenue Committee (DGD MF RK, previously the Tax Committee of the Tax Committee of the MF RK), but on the servers of the MF RK http://esf.gov.kz
