Centers and offices of public services "My Documents" greatly simplify the receipt of public services:

Today, the centers and offices of "My Documents" in the Novosibirsk region provide more than 300 types of services. All state and municipal services presented in our centers and offices are provided free of charge. The applicant, in accordance with the established procedure, pays only the state fee, if it is provided for by the current legislation.

On the territory of the Novosibirsk region, the provision of state and municipal services on the principle of "one window" was organized in 42 branches of the State Autonomous Institution of the NSO "MFC", 52 territorially separate structural divisions and 8 mobile mobile offices.
