An application for searching and viewing library publications in electronic form, available through the portal of the National Electronic Library (NEB.RF).

The main features of the application:

• simple and convenient search in the collections of Russian libraries (more than 40 million records);

• free access to electronic copies of publications not protected by copyright (more than 3.8 million publications). Note: Access to copyrighted publications is carried out only from electronic reading rooms of libraries.

• adding publications to favorites, bookmarks, notes and quotes with their synchronization in the personal account on the NEB portal;

• availability of settings for the visually impaired and adaptation for the blind.
