The system "Help deaf" is intended to provide reference information and consulting support people with hearing disabilities, living in Russian regions by providing services to remote Russian translation of sign language using video technology.

The service is intended for individuals who have disabled the status hearing, and for legal entities - organizations performing services for citizens.

Mobile application corresponds to the methodological instructions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of 07.09.2015 on the establishment and activities of the regional dispatching services of social support for the hearing disabled.

For remote translation services should:

1. Download and open the mobile app

2. Select from the list of region you live. Service is only available for people with disabilities who have registered in one of the regions represented in the list, or for organizations operating in these regions.

3. select "Authorize" dialog box.

4. At the bottom of the window select the "Register".

5. Select the user type - individual or organization.

6. Fill in the information about the user and click on the "OK" button. Remember and keep the entered password

7. Wait for the verification and approval of your application by the Administrator.

8. In the "Log" to enter the e-mail address provided during registration and password. Sign in

For users of a computer as a translator available systems.

Computer translator is used for communication between deaf and hearing without the participation of a professional operator and translator.

Translation provides 3D-avatars. The system recognizes sounding speech or input text and translates into Russian Sign Language. Gestures shows 3D-avatars.

Deaf can enter text or select a ready-made phrase "Phrasebook", and it will be announced by a computer voice synthesizer.
