Psalms are prayers in verses. Most of them David drank when he was joyful or sad. He has 150 psalms. In some of the psalms, David repents of his sins, in others glorifies God, in the third comes the arrival of the Savior of the world. Thus in one of them describing, as if looking, His beauty says: "You are the most beautiful among the sons of men, the blessing flows from your mouth." The psalms were for centuries, even today, the most beloved prayer of the Christian, and the Book that shakes and awakens from the spiritual incarnation the most hearted human heart.

Psalms are read for physical health: 6, 13, 29, 37, 38, 45, 57, 59, 64, 80, 87, 89, 96, 103, 109, 123, 126, 129, 146, 147.

Psalms are read for mental health: 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, 25, 28, 42, 56, 57, 61, 62, 70, 71, 81, 82, 85, 98, 101, 104, 129, 137 , 139.

For the health of women, the psalms are read: 19, 20, 41, 68, 76, 107, 143, 146.
