The "Order Collection" application is positioned as a kind of "storage" of data from sales representatives for automatic data exchange with the accounting program.

Installation instructions:

1. Download and install the program on the PDA

2. Download from my site and open the processing in the 1C program.

This processing periodically or manually uploads data to the PDA from 1C.

3. We set up uploading to the manager's PDA in a couple of clicks. And we get it on the PDA. At the same time, auto-exchange starts working, which can be turned on in 1C processing.

Attention! For the exchange, only one mailbox is used for all PDAs of the organization!

The user can create and send to the accounting system:

1. Customer orders.

Accumulation of data on customer purchases in the context of various organizations of the accounting system and customer outlets. Each outlet is a separate contract in the 1C:Enterprise database. The document records goods with prices according to the pricing policy of the accounting system. There is a fixation of GPS position data at the time of creating a sales order.

2. Customer returns.

Fixing data on the return of the client. You can do it on the basis of an order, or you can do it without it ... There is a fixation of GPS position data at the time of creating the goods return document.

3. Customer payments.

Received payment from the client and by creating a payment document paid off his debt to the company. It is possible to pay for orders that were not created in the application. Such documents will be automatically attached to orders in 1C. If there is an order, then you can create payments directly in the order, maintaining a kind of subordination structure. There is a fixation of GPS position data at the time of creation of the payment document.

4. Odometer readings.

Recording indicators for different cars of a sales representative.

5. Tasks.

Tasks can only be created for the application user. A mechanism for setting tasks within an accounting system with automatic exchange is being developed. Useful for workers performing delivery functions ...

6. Reports.

The ability to request reports on purchases and mutual settlements of customers from the accounting system, according to the period of data sampling and access rights of the manager.

In addition to the above, there is a catalog of goods, a catalog of clients with their trade and debt balance. In the product catalog and selection in the document, it is possible to display images of products. But this requires an additional download. All pictures are stored outside the program, which makes it possible to control the size of the application.

The program settings allow you to adapt the application to your needs. By the way, the exchange is carried out through an Internet mailbox, which is a very reliable means of exchange.
