Yasin (Arabic يس - Ya Sin) - the thirty-sixth sura of the Koran. Meccan Sura. Consists of 83 verses.

The surah begins with two letters of the Arabic alphabet "ya" and "sin."

This surah speaks of those who did not want to listen and understand the exhortation and did not believe. Indeed, the exhortation is useful only to those who listen and accept the reminder and are afraid of Allah the Merciful. The Surah indicates that Allah raises the dead and considers the deeds of his slaves. In it, Allah brought to the Meccan a parable about the struggle between believers calling for Allah and unbelievers refuting the call to Islam, and indicates the results of the actions of each of these groups.

It is said that Muhammad was sent with Revelation - the clear Quran - based on logic, not imagination. The Prophet Muhammad said: “Everything has a heart, and the heart of the Qur'an is the surah Ya Sin.”
