Labor Code of Belarus (Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus dated July 26, 1999 N 296-Z) - the main objectives of this code are: a) regulation of labor and related relations; b) development of social partnership between employers (their associations), employees (their associations) and government bodies; c) establishment and protection of mutual rights and obligations of workers and employers.
