The Neftyanik leisure center is a unique multifunctional institution in the city of Noyabrsk, actively working in several priority areas: concert and leisure activities, performing arts and creative development.

In Neftyanik, opportunities for self-realization of city residents of any age are open. Here, 61 multi-genre club formations have been created, in which more than 1300 people from 3 to 90 years are engaged.
