The Telebright application enables you to receive remote medical consultation services via secure video call without leaving home.

During the conversation, the doctor will be able to be impressed by various measures, ask questions, view the documents you have uploaded and perform a diagnosis - similar to a face-to-face meeting at the clinic.

Please note that before using the application, you must call a remote medical service for a clinic or doctor providing such services.

Once the queue has been set, all you have to do is perform the following simple steps:

1. Install the application

2. Choose the health organization to which the relevant clinic or doctor belongs

3. Complete a short identification process

4. Enter the virtual waiting room where you can upload relevant information and view the details of the queue

5. As the appointment approached, they were available to receive the consultation call from the doctor (do not worry, you can close the application and still receive the call)
