Vision: Working to ensure that the association is distinguished in serving the community, in the social, cultural and educational fields.

Mission: Providing all means to serve the community in a cooperative environment and community partnership.

Objectives: which the association has been working to achieve since its founding:

Strategic objectives:-

1- Embodying the meanings of dedication to serving society, integrity of purpose, impartiality and altruism, and loyalty to religion and homeland.

2- Developing awareness among members of society, of the work presented by its early pioneers, and the achievements they achieved in the fields of goodness, righteousness, and the advancement of society.

3- Serving society through culture and education, encouraging the talents of research and knowledge, and deepening the desire for science and knowledge.

Operational objectives:

1- Operating efficiency and ease of measuring performance of the association’s programs and projects.

2- Raising the efficiency of the association’s employees in order to achieve its vision and mission.

3- Raising the degree of beneficiaries’ satisfaction with the association’s services.

4- Proper upbringing of children and investing in their free time.

5- Meeting the research, cultural and social needs of community members, and enhancing community partnership programs.
