Al-Khansa, whose full name is Tamadur bint Amr bin Al-Harith Al-Salamiyah, is a famous Arab poet from the pre-Islamic era. She was born in 575 AD and died in 645 AD. She is considered one of the most prominent poets in the history of Arabic literature.
