Getting to Know Each Other I have been researching and studying as a human resources researcher and consultant for over two years. First, I started with qualitative and quantitative research in organizations without exaggerating my passion for research, and I enjoyed individual and group interviews. Interviewing with more than 300 staff from different organizations was a delightful experience of understanding the individual differences and the power of Lizal Hadith in creating these differences. Working with human beings and individual differences between people has always been a pleasure to me. In order to be effective, I needed more training in personality. My interest and need led me to pursue personality more seriously alongside academic education. After identifying personality types and developing personal profiles for managers, I began managing empowerment and talent management projects in large organizations. I have been linking my academic education, psychology, counseling, and personality training to more than 4 hours of non-academic and free teaching with the professors so that I can provide the services I need.

                Through more than 5 self-study and personality seminars, I was able to illuminate the way people needed help finding their true selves, as well as through educational channels and virtual education alongside a large family of grateful Iranians. I have promoted a culture of gratitude and gratitude.
