Children's masterpiece book is a book that contains intonation lessons in the form of poems and poems. This book was written by Sheikh Suleiman Al-Jamzouri, an Egyptian scholar of the Shafi’i school of thought, who lived in the year 1208 AH.

The book Tuhfat al-Tilfa bears the full title Tuhfat al-Tilfa wal-Ghilman fi Tajweed of the Qur’an (Tuhfat al-Hamran and al-Ghulaman fi Tajweed al-Qur’an), or in Indonesian it means “a great gift for children and youth in learning to recite the Qur’an.”

And Sheikh Suleiman Al-Jamzouri mentioned in one of his verses that he named his book by this name because he took it from the knowledge from his teacher, Sheikh Nur al-Din Ali bin Omar al-Mihi. Even he and his ilk who are just learning are like children, while the knowledge he receives from his teacher is like a great gift.

Tuhfat Atfal contains short poems that specifically discuss the law of Mati, Tanween and Majnun, compiled in a fairly simple way for beginners to learn the science of Tajweed. This book is widely used in different parts of the world by Muslims who study Tajweed. And this book, since its appearance until now, is still standing as one of the main books for those who begin to learn the science of intonation.

Because of its popularity and usefulness, many scholars have composed the Sharia book on the book Nizam Tuhfat al-Atfal. among them:
