An application that displays all the services provided by the Ministry of Electricity to citizens in a simplified manner, an explanation of each service, the procedures required to obtain it, the required documents, in addition to the frequently asked questions related to each service. Hearing impaired deaf and audio recorder for the visually and hearing impaired

There is a feature for the conversation between the deaf and the employee, translated automatically in sign language while he is in the branch for inquiries

About the project It is a software platform and a set of applications:

Information technology is used to make the services provided by the Ministry of Electricity available to its customers in the Arab Republic of Egypt by displaying all services and sub-services and procedures for each service and the documents necessary to obtain the service. Persons with disabilities from knowing the services, as the details appear through texts and images in an organized manner that makes it easier for users to access information with ease,

Project goals

The main goal is to provide more inclusion for people with disabilities, especially deaf and blind people, in society.

Providing content required by at least 9 million citizens of persons with disabilities, translated in sign language for the deaf, and with audio for the blind.

Introducing the services provided by the Ministry of Electricity to a large segment of society, exceeding 15 million, which increases the company's customers.

Providing a means of communication between the customer service employee and people with disabilities through applications
