Sheikh Muhammad Al-Shanqeeti - Al-Shanqeeti's lessons

Al-Shanqeeti is Muhammad bin Muhammad Al-Mukhtar bin Muhammad bin Sayed Al-Amin Al-Jakni Al-Shanqeeti, a Saudi jurist of Mauritanian origin, and a member of the Council of Senior Scholars in Saudi Arabia. He resides in Medina and is a professor at its Islamic University. He has jurisprudence lessons in the mosques of the Hijaz, especially the Prophet’s Mosque. Sheikh Muhammad grew up in Medina, and began studying science under his father Muhammad Al-Mukhtar Al-Shanqeeti, who was also a teacher in the Prophet’s Mosque. Muhammad bin Muhammad Al-Mukhtar Al-Shanqeeti was offered to be a member of the Council of Senior Scholars and the Permanent Committee for Issuing Fatwas, so he apologized, because he wanted to stay with his mother. When she died, he was offered affiliation with the Commission, and he agreed in 2009 AD.
