The hero of this novel is Khaled, a 28-year-old young man from the village of Al-Bhofrik who proposes to his girlfriend for the eighth time and is rejected by her father, claiming that he wants an unusual young man for his daughter, after which Khaled tries to take an adventure through which he can reach something that satisfies his mind. He decides to take a trip in the basement of Furik in the village, which is surrounded by many rumors and facts, including that it was the last place that Khaled's parents visited. So he turns to his grandfather to summon the latter as a friend of his and gives Khaled an old book to someone who had previously visited the basement, but that book is incomplete. Khaled enters the basement on a moonlit night and after a long walk a collapse occurs, after Khaled survives he finds himself in a barren desert with two people telling him about a nearby city that was the land of Zikola, which was known on that day to celebrate its special day, the Day of Zikola, Khaled enters the city and gets to know Yamen and his friend Iyad who tell him about the laws of Zykola and how people deal with units of intelligence instead of money and how to slaughter the poorest (dumbest) in the city on the day of Zykola after choosing the game Zykola for him. After that, Khaled meets the doctor Aseel, who helps him in the rest of his journey in the search for a book that Khaled learned that it is the most expensive book sold in the land of Zykola and talks about an illusion called the Furik vault, and this book was with someone who came to the city twenty years ago. Khaled worked with his friend Yamen to reap more units of intelligence required by the book, and also searched for the author of the book with Aseel, to finally find out that the owner of the book is Khaled’s brother, which he obtained after killing his father in order to inherit it.

The book required a lot of units of intelligence, especially since his brother was a lot of greed and exploitation. After that, Khaled finds in the book a mystery that he could only solve with the help of Dr. Aseel, who had a wealth of intelligence.
