The importance of the knowledge of the obligations and the jurisprudence of inheritance is not hidden from the student of knowledge, and it suffices in the importance of this knowledge that God Almighty Himself took the estimation of the obligations and divided them as stated in his book, and the Sunnah of the Prophet came to explain it clearly the provisions of this science, and scholars have been interested in the past and present in the service of inheritance science, and the liberation of Its rules, principles, and classification in it are systems and prose, and since the systems are easier to memorize and are closer to the soul, Imam Abu Muhammad bin Ali, known as Ibn al-Matqana, took care of the science of inheritance in his famous system (for the sake of the researcher) or what is called Rahabih, which was distinguished by its good presentation and the quality of its material.
