Summary of jurisprudence in the books and Sunnah by Sheikh Al-Tuwaijri

This book is brief and easy to style. It contains between its two sides the laws of Islam and the rulings of jurisprudence. Sheikh Al-Tuwaijri took into account that it would benefit the Muslim household in particular. He collected the book and arranged it from multiple books, on monotheism, faith, morals, etiquette, remembrances, supplications, and rulings, so the worshiper and the preacher can draw from it. The teacher, the merchant, the mufti, the judge, and the caller to God Almighty. It is indispensable for any Muslim united with God.

It was designed in such a way that it addresses the issues that concern every Muslim, and then mentions the most likely ruling from the sayings of the scholars - if evidence of preference appears - along with mentioning whether it is in the Noble Book, the Sahih Sunnah, or both.

It is a general definition of the religion of Islam, its doctrine and rulings, morals and etiquette, and a call to God Almighty with insight. Subsequent editions of it will be issued, God Almighty willing, with the addition of many of the rulings, calamities, and other things that are new to Muslims. We ask God Almighty to benefit from it, and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.

In the book, Sheikh Al-Tuwaijri divided the jurisprudential sections appropriate to the era. He summarized the rulings without prejudice and used the evidence without prolonging it. He serves the common man to obtain the ruling directly, and he serves the scholar to reach the summary of the jurisprudential rulings without detail.
