Javad Zakir Tabatabai Khoi was born on September 22, 1976 in Khoi and was an Iranian admirer.

He is known as one of the founders of the new style of eulogy. Under his influence, many young Iranians were attracted to religious groups, and his new style of praise attracted young people to the group.

In 2006, his cancer reached its peak, and he fell into a coma in early June due to the death of brain cells, and after about 40 days, he died at 2 am on July 7th.
