इस पोर्टल पर मोबाइल खोने की जानकारी देगा, तो इसके बाद कुछ आइडेंटिटी वैरिफिकेशन होंगे। उसके तुरंत बाद ऑनलाइन टेलिकॉम ऑपरेटर और लॉ एन्फोर्समेंट एजेंसी के साथ इंटरैक्ट करके यह पोर्टल फोन को ब्लॉक कर देगा।
