Shabe Barat means the night of Lailatun Nisfi Min Sha'ban or Middle Sha'ban in the hadith. That is, the night after the evening of the 14th of Sha'ban is Shabe Barat. There is a lot of research on Shabe Barat, sayings of scholars and various opinions for and against.
