This Skandha covers one-fourth of the entire Bhagavata Purana. All events from Krishna's birth to his death are recorded in this Skandha. It also contains the conduct of bhakti yoga, explanations of bhakti and descriptions of various forms of bhakti. Many Vaishnavas consider this book to be identical with Krishna, and this book is the epitome of Krishna.
