Although the Indian judiciary is against fundamental rights, the Supreme Court here can reject any administrative injunction against fundamental rights. Parliament can change any right in Britain in the way of general legislation. Therefore, no fundamental rights have been granted to citizens in Great Britain. This is because Parliament can never change the basic rights given to citizens by way of general legislation.
