▼If the message “This site cannot be accessed” is displayed after logging in to the app

The error may be resolved by following the steps below.

① Open Chrome on your Android smartphone

②Tap the other icons on the top right > “Settings”

③ Tap "Privacy Policy and Security" > "Delete browsing history data"

④ Select “All period”

⑤ Check the "Cookies and site data" checkbox and uncheck all other checkboxes.

⑥ Tap "Delete data" > "Delete"

*If you are logged in to any service using Chrome, you will be logged out as data is deleted.

Please keep your login information handy if necessary.
