Based on the customer's reservation, AI (artificial intelligence) calculates the optimal boarding and alighting route and time from among a number of boarding and alighting locations (existing marked bus stops or virtual bus stops on the system), and the bus picks up the customer. . You can also check the vehicle's current location and estimated arrival time in real time on the app. Advance registration (first time only) and reservation are required for use. Available by phone or app.

[How to use the app]

1. Ride reservation request

Enter your origin and destination and request a reservation.

(Can be omitted if using GPS current location)

2. Reservation confirmation notification

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be notified of boarding and alighting information such as boarding time, boarding and alighting points, vehicle information, and estimated arrival time.

3. Move to boarding location

Please move to the nearest boarding point notified by the boarding time. The boarding point is specified as a bus stop or a virtual bus stop.

The app displays a map from your current location to the pick-up point, and you can also check the vehicle's current location and scheduled pick-up time in real time.

4. Ride

When the vehicle arrives, you can board the vehicle after verifying your identity. While riding, you can check the route and estimated arrival time to the drop-off point in real time on the app.

5. Get off

Once you arrive at the drop-off point specified at the time of booking confirmation, you will be able to confirm your identity again and be able to disembark.
