5秒ルール ... 「やる」と決めてから5秒以内に行動しようというルールです。

人間の脳は自己防衛の為に「やる」と決めてから時間が経過すると「やらない理由」を勝手に作ってしまいます。
「今日は疲れているから」「明日もっとがんばるため」といったものです。
これは脳があなたを守る為の機能なのですが、習慣化させたい人にとっては克服したいところですよね。

そこで!「やる」と決めてから5秒以内に行動すると脳が言い訳を作る前に行動できます。
