● Installation may not be performed correctly if the network is unstable or the terminal memory is insufficient. Please check the network and memory status and try again.

● Pay attention to the amount of data that limits the communication speed (maximum transmission / reception of 128 kbps). In normal mode, the average amount of data communication generated by one speed measurement is about 25MB, and when the communication speed is fast, the maximum is about 75MB.

* Packet communication charges will be incurred, so it is recommended that you subscribe to Packet Pack.

● When measuring using the light mode, it is possible to measure with about 1/10 of the communication volume in the normal mode.

* In light mode, the measured value may not be stable under WiFi environment. Please use normal mode in a WiFi environment.

* After April 1, 2018, customers using version less than 1.6.0 will not be able to use light mode measurement. You can use the light mode by updating to version 1.6.0 or later.

● When measuring using the large mode, data communication volume of up to 1000MB may occur. Please use it after consenting to the possibility that packet communication charges may be incurred more than normal measurements.

* A confirmation pop-up is always displayed when starting large mode measurement.

● This app collects information about your communication speed and area quality in order to use it to improve our communication area. Please be assured that we will not collect any personally identifiable information such as phone numbers or terminal serial numbers.
