① Get points by preventing frailty!

You can also earn points by watching exercise videos and frailty prevention information, answering questionnaires, taking steps every day, and participating in commuting places.

② Check your health condition and improve it!

Based on the information obtained from the smartphone, the degree of health is judged and the score is displayed. Advice only for you is displayed according to the state.

③Watch over with the app!

If the number of steps on the smartphone is 0 for 24 hours or more, a notification will be sent to the registered family member or other guardian.
