Rehabilitation Guide is an application that introduces how to deal with problems that care workers have when performing rehabilitation at nursing care sites such as day services.

Rehabilitation is very important for prevention of long-term care and improvement of the condition requiring long-term care.

However, in the field where there are no specialists such as physiotherapists and occupational therapists, if a care worker proceeds with rehabilitation, isn't it a problem?

I don't know what kind of exercise is appropriate, I don't know if I have enough nutrition, etc.

However, I think it is difficult to immediately consult with people in other occupations such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and dietitians.

The Rehabilitation Guide was jointly developed by multidisciplinary experts to suggest ways to deal with such problems.

This app was produced by the Hiroshima Prefectural Chronic Medical Association and the Hiroshima University Graduate School of Symbiotic Social Medicine Course / Psychiatric Function Control Science Laboratory by the Hiroshima Prefectural Community Medical Care Comprehensive Security Project in the 2nd year of Reiwa.

◆ Characteristics of rehabilitation guide ◆

・ We divide each problem into basic movements, activities of daily living, oral cavity and nutrition, subdivide what is the problem with each problem, and propose specific countermeasures according to the problem.

・ You can see the exercise menu created by each expert with images.

・ You can see various materials such as exercise evaluation, thinking about nutrition during rehabilitation, and dietary supplements.

-You can recall the history you searched for immediately later.

・ Once downloaded, even if you do not have an internet connection after that, you can immediately use the rehabilitation guide to find out how to deal with it at the nursing care site.
