本公司於民國四十四年設立並於同年開始營業。

本公司原名「台灣裕豐紗廠股份有限公司」，為配合公司營運政策及建立多角化經營之企業形象，於民國八十六年更名為「裕豐國際開發股份有限公司」，於民國一百零九年遷址至高雄並更名為「三地開發地產股份有限公司」。

本公司主要營業項目為興建商業大樓、工業大樓、住宅租售業務及不動產買賣業暨及他各類百貨之經銷業務等。
