6. Participate in exercises and formulate military medical research and development plans in line with the needs of army building and war preparation.

7. Responsible for the health maintenance of officers and soldiers in the northern region during peacetime, and during wartime, support the third combat area in the treatment of injured officers, soldiers and civilians, and perform various medical tasks.
